Purposes of the processing: Manage our quality control analysis services for Advanced Therapy Medicines and associated services, research, development, production and marketing of products, and related activities; contact clients and third parties to offer them commercial information; perform the functions and obligations inherent to our activity.

Lawfulness of processing: processing is necessary for the management of our services (“performance of a contract”); processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation; processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests (sending commercial information).

Recipients: data communications may occur to QUATRE LAB suppliers who intervene in any phase of the requested services, to Public Administrations with jurisdiction in the matter and those legally established.

Storage period: the periods established in the applicable regulations (e.g. tax, commercial, health).
